Hi! San Diego is amazing as well as the people and the work here. I am excited to be here and happy to be doing the Lord''s work. ;) It was hard at first, because my companion/trainer, Sister Kober, and I white washed into our ward/area. Which just means that we had no records or any appointments or anything going on. It was a wake up call!! But we are doing well in our Poway Mt. Woodson YSA ward! The people here are absolutely amazing, and kind. We having really taught any lessons so far, but by next week we should. It's been a different experience of trying to get organized and do all the work needed to be done at the same time. This saturday we are taking time to organize our area by colors and such, because we cover 2 zones and driving around all day in those 2 zones is not a good idea. By the way, I am the designated driver...yikes! California people are insane!! But I am glad to say that I am doing well with it (for the most part....). My companion was truly hand picked by the Lord for me, we are complete opposites but get along sooo well! Where I lack, she makes up and visa verca! One thing I learned so far is the virtue of planning. I love it!! The oppurtunity to save time by planning out your day the night before is truly amazing! We have had rain here for the past two days, strange!! From what I heard from my darling twin is that you up in WA have had sun?!! crazy! but thanks for the rain! It's been a wee bit warm down here, first day here was 95 degrees out ALL day.
Tell me how ya'll are doing in your lives, it's kinda fun to here what the outside world is doing. I don't really hear much besides missionary work. But I don't mind. I can already tell that I am changing in various ways, more ways than I can explain. But anywho, I am having the oppurtunity to play 5 minutes of piano prelude music for the Mission President Fireside next month!! I am super excited about that! WE have such an amazing mission and soo many musically talented missionaries! A sister missionary is going to let me borrow her flute to play in it! And also for other ideas that we are going to do to introduce the Gospel to others!! Let you know when we actually do it! Anyway, I love you all!!!
