How are you all doing? How is everyday life treating you all? You all are in my prayers at night, and not to worry I focus completely on the work here in San Diego. If I tried to think about home I think my brain would explode! Just kidding, but I hope that helps you get the picture that I focus on the work :) I had an amazing opportunity to serve at the temple visitors center last friday!!! I go on exchanges every week, sometimes 2 in a week! (like last week). But the experience I had was incredible, and full of miracles. There is a certain spirit of peace and comfort on the temple grounds, that it was incredible to serve there for 5 hours. One experience I had was a couple that came to take pictures of the temple, the husband is a member and the wife is investigating. Carlos and Andrea. Andrea knew the church to be true and wanted to get baptized, but was scared of rejection that her family would give her afterwards. We, Sister Riggs (who was my exchange companion for 24 hours; has the most amazing voice, gave up a job singing for Disney to come on a mission. 27 years old) and I got in a mini lesson on the temple grounds. She felt inspired to sing a song to them, so she did. The spirit was so incredibly strong at that moment, and I had the impression to be bold. Which is NOT what I usually do, but I followed it. I promised her as a disciple of Christ a promise. We all were crying at the end of it, and they left with our emails and a picture of us together. I don't know if she will get baptized, but I do know that she has renewed faith and trust in the Lord. I am forever grateful for the many spiritual experiences I recieved thus far on the mission. And I have changed so much already, Transfers are tomorrow and guess who is not getting transferred?? ME!! yay! I love my area and ward. I hope you all are doing well and I send you my love.
